These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ProfitCove, including the ProfitCove website, digital products, templates, content, and related services.

By accessing our website or purchasing a ProfitCove product, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. ProfitCove Digital Products

ProfitCove provides digital organizational and planning products, including the ProfitCove Freelancer Finance OS.

Products are delivered electronically and may include Notion templates, dashboards, trackers, calculators, guides, and related digital materials.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have access to any third-party software or services necessary to use the product, including Notion where applicable.

2. Personal-Use License

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased ProfitCove product for your own personal or business organizational purposes.

Unless we give you written permission, you may not:

  • Resell or redistribute ProfitCove products;

  • Share purchased templates or access links with others;

  • Publish or upload the product for others to download;

  • Copy and sell substantially similar versions of the product;

  • Claim ProfitCove products or materials as your own; or

  • Use the product to create a competing template or digital product for resale.

Purchasing ProfitCove does not transfer ownership of ProfitCove's intellectual property to you.

You may modify your purchased copy for your own use, but such modifications do not grant you the right to sell, distribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the original product or derivative versions of it.

3. Payments

Prices are displayed on our website and may change from time to time.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes, if any, may be calculated during checkout.

4. Digital Access and Refunds

ProfitCove products are digital products. Access is provided electronically according to the delivery method stated at the time of purchase.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law or where we approve a refund under our Return and Refund Policy.

If you experience an issue accessing your purchase, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve it.

5. Not Financial, Tax, Accounting, or Legal Advice

ProfitCove is an organizational and planning tool.

Nothing provided through ProfitCove constitutes financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

Any calculations, estimates, dashboards, tax-planning fields, examples, or other information provided through ProfitCove are for organizational and informational purposes only.

Results depend on the information you enter and may not reflect your actual financial or tax obligations.

You are responsible for verifying information relevant to your circumstances and for consulting an appropriately qualified professional when necessary.

6. No Guarantee of Financial Results

ProfitCove does not guarantee that using our products will increase your income, reduce your taxes, improve your business performance, or produce any particular financial result.

Examples and sample data included in our products are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees.

7. Third-Party Services

ProfitCove may rely on or integrate with third-party platforms and services, including Shopify and Notion.

We do not control these third-party services and cannot guarantee their continued availability, functionality, pricing, or compatibility.

Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their respective terms and policies.

ProfitCove is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Notion. Notion is a third-party service, and access to or use of Notion is subject to Notion's own terms and policies.

8. Intellectual Property

ProfitCove's branding, original templates, designs, written materials, guides, graphics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to ProfitCove and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of these materials.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use our website, products, or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of our services.

10. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, discontinue, or replace portions of our website, products, or services when reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee that every feature or third-party integration will remain available indefinitely.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProfitCove will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our products or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
