ProfitCove is a digital product delivered electronically. Because digital products cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally non-refundable once access to the product has been provided.

If you experience a technical issue accessing or duplicating your ProfitCove workspace, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the issue.

If you were charged incorrectly, purchased more than once by mistake, or believe there is another problem with your order, please contact us so we can review the situation.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method.

ProfitCove is an organizational and planning tool. It does not provide tax, accounting, legal, investment, or financial advice.
